You will recieve an email with a condition report to be filled in and either sent with your unit or emailed to us prior to us recieving your unit. 
Ship to us ( shipping instructions will be emailed to you once order is placed)
 
✨ This service includes hair ventilation in your chosen area ✨
 
This service does not include a wash & style, bleached knots or colour matching the added hair unless they are ordered along side this service. 
Please note that this service can only be carried out on units that are going bald meaning there is no hair already knotted into the lace. 
Once we have received your unit we will do a full inspection & report before any work is undertaken, this report will be sent to you via email. 
Once we have completed our work you will be sent photos for confirmation and your unit will be shipped back to you!
Please note that this service is for human hair wigs only! Your unit does not have to be a RENA LEIGH unit. 
This service will take approx. 25 days from receiving your unit until shipping back to you.
